Common questions

Do you do free quotes?

No quotes for audits — the audit price is the same regardless of site complexity within reason. If you're somehow an outlier (multi-domain, multi-language, unusual CMS) we'll flag it upfront and quote separately.

For project work, yes — fixed-price scope from the audit findings.

Do you do free audits?

No. The audit takes professional time and produces a real deliverable. The fee makes it serious. The credit makes it risk-free if you go further.

What we do offer free is the executive summary you'll receive if you got a cold email from us — three findings, sourced, sent without obligation. That's the wedge, not the deliverable.

Will you audit my site without permission?

Yes, and we do — that's how the cold-email outreach works. The audit consumes only what your servers publicly return to any visitor, the same as Google's crawler. No unauthorised access, no credential testing, no form submission. The methodology and legal positioning is on our methodology page.

If you'd rather we didn't, email us and we'll remove your domain from any further outreach.

What if my current developer/agency disagrees with the findings?

Good. Every finding is reproducible — they can verify the same thing we did, using the same publicly-available method. If they can't reproduce, we want to know. If they reproduce but disagree on severity, that's a conversation worth having with a real evidence base.

In our experience, well-meaning developers welcome an independent second opinion. Defensive ones don't. The customer makes their own call from there.
